Our story
It started with teams who were stuck
We kept meeting teams face to face. Same questions, same conversations about getting better. Many of them knew they needed to improve but could not see how. Training helped. Talking to colleagues helped. What they really wanted was a coach in their ear with ideas made for their situation.
Good agile coaches are expensive, and they are human. Sometimes biased, sometimes shaped by who they report to. Even the best of them cannot hold every idea the field has produced.
Then one of our founders asked a simple question. What if we took the assessment answers and gave them to AI?
What came back surprised everyone. Every role in the portfolio, from Scrum Masters to Portfolio leaders, suddenly had their own coaching, drawn from their own answers. Not a list of orders. A set of options they could pick from, based on where they actually stood.
The best part was what it set off. Teams started talking across the org. Silos opened as people found others who were strong where they were weak. A wave of real improvement spread on its own, driven by the teams themselves.
After living that, one founder knew more teams needed it. Old engineering habits woke up, helped along by a lot of strong Swedish coffee.
